Yoga every day.

Well, almost every day.

That's my promise to myself for 2018, and my kitty Athena is cheering me on!

I used to hold true to this, until I joined River Mornings one year ago. Then, my life schedule changed and my yoga practice became...un-practiced.

A new year, a new dedication. I invite you to join me.

To make it less-daunting, I'm looking at it as 30 days in a row - month-to-month.

Anyone can do this at home by following a 30-day yoga challenge on YouTube. Here's the one I'm following, which starts gently. I promise!
