Three Lost Fish

Plus a bunny and fair fountain history

Three lost fishies, left behind at a hand-washing station at the Western Idaho Fair. Fish are prizes to win playing games in the carnival. I hope they found their way home.

One way that families and friends keep from losing each other at the fair is to meet at the fountain.

The fountain is a connection to the history of the land that became the home of the Western Idaho Fair. The land was a family ranch in the 1920s. There is a plaque on the east side of the fountain.

I saw this car headed into the parking lot last night. Did you see anything suspicious going on?

Here's some furry cuteness in the Small Animal Barn that provides proof that bunnies DO lay eggs?

And my favorite thing to see in the Small Animal Barn? The quail-hatching station.
